Minecraftがフルスクリーンで起動できません

以前まではフルスクリーンで起動できていたのですが、Game Readyドライバを最新にアップデートすると動かなくなりました。

スペック的には問題ないはずです

OS
Windows 10 Pro 64Bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 6500
RAM
DDR4 8GB
GPU
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
M/B H110m-S03
SSD 240GB

Java
64Bit版 Java 1.8.0_151

クラッシュレポートを見る限りだとOpenGLが悪さをしているようなのですが、対処法が分かりませんでした。
※ドライバのダウングレードや再インストール、PCの再起動等は試しました。
